Further increasing calories; Leg day.

I’ve decided to go ahead and increase my calories a little bit more right away. I’m going to try to get somewhere around 2100-2200 calories every day for the next week or two and see how that goes. I’ll take in even more than that on Friday or Saturday, because I’m going to have another pizza and a couple of beers! Now that I’ve reached my fat loss goals, it sure feels good to finally loosen up a bit after all those months of not allowing myself to even have a single “cheat” item.

Today I’m working my legs. Leg day is probably my most grueling workout, but I look forward to it. I’ve got the music cranked up, I’m feeling good and I just finished my protein shake…time for me to get started! Have a great day and make sure to get your workout in!
