Back and arms progress – new picture.
I took a new picture of my back yesterday. This is the first time I’ve checked my back’s progress since the last time I took a picture of it, which was about three months ago. I’m really happy with my progress in that area, definitely some new muscle growth since April – not only in my back, but also in my arms. I sure wish I’d taken a picture of my back in January when I first started! Oh well… Anyway, I’m really excited to see what I can do when I start my true bulking program in a couple of months!
Today my abs are the focus: 200 crunches, followed by 23 minutes of HIIT cardio on the stair climber. Time to get started. Hope you have a great day!
