Yesterday I took a new picture of my bicep flex. The last time I took a picture of me doing a bicep flex was back on April 13, 2003. Since then I’ve definitely added some muscle, and my biceps are starting to develop a nice little peak. Here’s the new picture.
The new grilled chicken recipe I prepared yesterday evening will not make an appearance on this page. It was very mediocre and a real pain to prepare. Oh well, they can’t all be winners. I’ll be trying lots of new ways to prepare chicken in the weeks to come, so look for a few new recipes soon!
Today I ease into the work week with a light workout: just 23 minutes of HIIT cardio on the bike. I’ve got a very busy workday ahead, so I’m going to go get my workout in while I can. See you tomorrow.
