Importance of good planning.

Lisa and I got a lot of work done around the house yesterday, and we even had time to watch a DVD last night. Today, though, it’s back to the grind. Mondays are my lightest workout day – just 23 minutes of HIIT cardio. When I first started my fitness program I purposely designed my workout schedule so that my lightest workouts are on Mondays. It was a very good decision – Mondays always seem to be extremely busy for me. It’s very important to design your training schedule so that it fits well with the rest of your life. Doing so will help prevent missed workouts.
