Problems at work; Cheat meal day!

I’ve got some issues at work to deal with, so I’m going to make this short and go get my workout in. Today it’s 200 crunches and 23 minutes of HIIT cardio on the bike. Tonight I will be enjoying my usual Friday cheat meal of pizza and wine! Have a great day, see you tomorrow.
