Hell week: day 2; Power rack and bench to arrive this week.

Today is going to be another really busy day for me, so I’m going to get right to my workout. Today I’m working my back and biceps. This should be my last upper body workout on my old equipment – the new power rack and bench are scheduled for delivery later this week! I’ll put the “before” and “after” weight room pictures I promised up on the website as soon as everything gets here.
