Monday, much to do…

Well, the past few days have been a nice break from work, but today it’s time to get back to the grind. I think it’s going to be a pretty busy day…. Today I’m working my abs and then doing 23 minutes of HIIT cardio on the stair climber. I’d better get started, see you tomorrow.

Excellent workout yesterday; Bulking progress.

Yesterday’s workout was the best weight training workout that I’ve ever had! I seem to be saying that a lot lately, and that’s good! I broke my personal max bench record, and I went up in weight on every single exercise that I did. My strength and size gains are coming very fast so far. Post-cheat meal bloat.

I had a pretty good day yesterday; my pager only went off twice during the day, and once again at 4:00 AM this morning. Web site traffic and information.

It’s amazing how this site has grown over the last 8 months. When I first started this part of my web site back in January, there was not a lot of information here. I had before and current “profile” pictures (I didn’t have enough nerve to post front shots until later), and I had my weight loss chart. That’s it.
