Since today is a holiday (in the USA) I’ll be skipping my workout. Holidays are the perfect excuse to loaf. I’m kidding, of course. 😉 I haven’t missed a workout in 239 days, and I’m sure not going to start now! As a matter of fact, since today is a holiday and my Nextel 2-way radio/cell phone is off (yeah!), I’m going to take advantage of the extra time and replace my normal 23-minute HIIT cardio workout with a 50-minute aerobic-level (152 BPM for me) cardio workout on the bike. I like to do this a few times every month to help keep my body “guessing”.
With a little luck my new gym equipment should be here tomorrow or the next day, so I’ll have those before/after pictures of my home gym that I’ve been promising up here very soon now – just in time for my bulking phase (if you missed yesterday’s “Daily News”, you might want to check it out. I’ll be starting my bulking phase in a few days).
I’m going to go get started on my workout. After my workout Lisa and I are going to do some chores around the house, relax, watch some movies and tonight we’re going to barbeque. Should be fun as long as my pager doesn’t start screaming at me. 🙂 Have a great day and I’ll see you tomorrow!
