Abs are still sore; First MAX-OT workout.

I can’t believe that my abs are still sore from last Friday’s workout. That’s 4 days and counting to recover. I’m definitely sticking to that ab workout for a while!

This morning I’ll be doing my first workout using MAX-OT training technique, and also my first back & bicep workout on the new home gym strength training equipment. I’m really looking forward to this session, it should be very interesting.
