Lower body workout; I love my power rack!

Tomorrow I’ll be taking the day off from work (as long as my pager stays silent). I am looking forward to a nice 3-day weekend. It’s been a tough month at work!

I’m running a little late today, and I have a lot of work to do if I expect to take tomorrow off, so I’m going to keep this short and go get started on my workout. Today I’m working my calves, quads, hamstrings and glutes. Also going for a new personal best squat. 🙂 I don’t know how I ever lived without my power rack!
