Today’s upper body workout; Cheat meal bloat.
I’m excited about today’s workout (pecs/delts/triceps) because I’m feeling pretty good this morning and should be able to make some good weight increases today. I’m also going for a new bench press personal best, and I get to try out my new weighted dipping belt for the first time. As I mentioned a few days ago, I think the weighted dipping belt is really going to help me continue to develop my pecs.
Time for me to go work off some of last night’s cheat meal: I’ve gained 3.8 pounds (it’s retained water) since yesterday! Have a good day, see ya tomorrow.
