Measurements; MAX-OT spreadsheet.

I’ve added another 1/4″ to my chest, and I’m sooo close to 15″ on my arms. A lot of people have emailed asking how and when I take my measurements. I take them first thing in the morning, flexed and “cold”. When I’m pumped from working out my measurements are anywhere from 1/4″ – 1/2″ bigger. I use the Myo Tape to take my measurements. Well worth the 5 bucks. If you don’t have a soft tape measure, you can use a string and then measure the string using a flat ruler or standard tape measure.

If you are using MAX-OT, I created a spreadsheet that I print out to track my workouts. The spreadsheet is formatted for my personal splits, but it can be modified easily to suit your own training schedule. I’ll add a permanent link to it on my training page.

Time for me to get started on my workout. Today it’s back and biceps. Have a great day!
