Back to work…; Shoulder.

It’s been a fun two weeks off, but today I’ve got to get back to work. All kinds of things that I need to do have been piling up during my absence, so this week is going to be extra busy while I play catch-up.

I know many of you have been busy over the holidays, so if you missed my December 31st Daily News Update and are thinking about starting (or have started) a personal fitness program for the new year, you may want to check it out if you find your motivation is waning.

I mentioned in yesterday’s Daily News Update that I did my first pec/delt/tricep workout in 10 weeks this past Saturday. My shoulder seems to have handled it pretty well; however, despite going “light”, there was still a little post-workout pain. My shoulder has definitely not fully recovered from the rotator cuff injury. I’m hopeful that within a few more weeks it will be fully recovered. Depending on how it feels, I may try a light bicep/back workout on Tuesday (so much for being patient!)

Today is “Day 365”: the last day of my first year since I started my fitness program! More on that tomorrow, which will be exactly one year.

Time for me to go get my ab workout and cardio done so that I can get to work. See you tomorrow…
