My shoulder is feeling very good now – I think it’s finally fully healed! Today I’m working my pecs, delts, triceps and traps. I’m going to go fairly heavy, but not quite as heavy as I’m capable of. If I don’t experience any post-workout pain, then I think it’s safe to say that I’m fully recovered. If that’s the case, then I am going to be a very happy man!
The new forums have been very successful so far. After just three days we have close to 500 registered members, over 1000 posts and several thousand lurkers! 😉 . Parts of the forum are only accessible to members, so why not take a few minutes and register? It’s easy and free. I indulged and slept in a little this morning, so I need to go get started on my workout before I throw off my meal schedule for the whole day. After my workout I’m going to do some more work on the forums, so I’ll see you there!
