Home workout or the gym; Inner strength.

It’s a stormy morning here in Orlando. Days like today make me especially glad that I workout at home. If I had to drive to the gym in all this rain, I would be tempted to stay home. I would go, of course, but I’d be lying if I said it wasn’t much nicer to just walk into the next room. I know it can be hard to stay motivated, but you have to find what it takes to get your workout in each and every day that you have one scheduled. Are you the type of person who has trouble getting motivated going to the gym? Perhaps working out at home is the way to go for you. On the other hand, some people just can’t get fired up until they step into a crowded gym and hear the sounds of plates being loaded, see all the other people training and smell the sweat in the air. You know yourself best; you’ve got to find something that works best for you. No matter what you choose to do, some days you simply won’t want to work out. Those are the days your inner strength is being put to the test. Those are the days you simply must work out. Working out is as much a mental test as a physical one, perhaps even more so…

Speaking of working out, it’s time for me to do mine. Today my shoulder is feeling good, so I’m going to hit my back and biceps pretty hard. I’ll see you all later today on the forums!
