Time for a new digital camera.

Okay, it’s long past time for me to buy a new digital camera. Friday; Spring is almost here – yardwork and sun tans.

Pushing through pain; Upper body goals.

Cool, it’s leg day. I’ve always loved leg day, but now I especially look forward to it because it’s the one day every week that I still get to train with weights (thanks to my shoulder injury). How often should you weigh yourself?

A lot of people make the mistake of weighing themselves far too often once they become excited about losing weight. Handling setbacks.

As I suspected, I’ve lost 1/4″ from my arms and chest. Losing weight was easy compared to the frustration I’m feeling right now. I worked very hard for the muscle I managed to put on prior to my shoulder injury, so it’s not easy sitting around waiting for my shoulder to heal as my upper body muscles atrophy.
