Shoulder/upper body; All The Whey review thread; Friday!

I’m a little nervous about measuring my chest next week. It looks noticeably smaller to me, and I’m afraid all these months of being unable to work my upper body are beginning to show. I’m totally focused on healing my shoulder: of course I’m still not lifting, I’ve stopped doing my daily pushups, I’ve been doing my rotator cuff strengthening/rehabilitation exercises every single day and I’m making a conscience effort to not use my right arm/shoulder as much as possible. I’ve noticed a big improvement this week. Once it does heal, I’ve decided that I’m not going to continue with MAX-OT, at least not for a while. I’m looking into some (hopefully) equally effective strength training methods that will allow me to gain mass without injury.
