Swelling below my lower abs; Still can’t flex.

Hernia surgery sure causes a lot of lasting localized swelling. I was looking at myself in the mirror this morning and the area just below my belly button (already a “problem” area for me) is still really swollen. Even if I could take pictures right now, they wouldn’t be an accurate assessment because of all the swelling (not to mention I still can’t flex my abs at all). I hope things return to normal soon – it’s a little depressing looking so out of shape even though I’ve not put on any weight!
Today’s going to be a busy day, so I’d better get breakfast in me and get to work. I hope your day is a good one!
