One good thing about the rest I’m being forced to take is that my shoulder has zero pain right now. I’m going to see the orthopedic doctor again this coming Wednesday and it will be interesting to see what he says/does. Because of my hernia surgery I won’t be able to lift weights again for at least another 4-5 weeks, but when I do I am sure that I’ll be able to finally resume my upper body workouts! I’m going to go light for a few weeks and hope the pain doesn’t return. With my hernia taken care of and my shoulder pain-free, I’m going to feel great when I get back in the weight room. My power rack is lonely and it glares at me every time I walk by my home gym…

Well, I’m in good spirits this morning! It’s nice to finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. It’s been a long and difficult six months.

Have a great Friday!
