Another good upper body workout – shoulder survives.

I had anther great pecs/delts/triceps workout over the weekend. My shoulder hurt a little bit while doing the workout, but nothing major. The most surprising thing is that in the days following my workout it hasn’t been hurting any worse than it normally does. My muscles are killing me, but my shoulder pain is unchanged is and quite tolerable. It actually hurts worse after I wash the car. Right now I’m using about 75% of the weight I was using when I was at my strongest, which was October/November 2003. I don’t plan to attempt max bench presses every week any more. That’s a good way for an old guy like me to get hurt. 😉
