Pecs, delts and triceps workout today!

This is going to be a quick update. I’m running kind of late, and am excited to get started on today’s training session: pecs, delts and triceps! My shoulder feels fine this morning and I’m looking forward to a good workout. Time for me to hobble over to my weight room (I can barely walk from Thursday’s workout – it was a tough one).
