Hurricane Charlie aftermath.

Lisa and I were spared the brunt of hurricane Charlie’s wrath, but many others here in Orlando and elsewhere in Florida were not so fortunate. After looking at some of the damage just around our area of town, we feel very lucky indeed. Our power didn’t even go out, and the only damage we suffered was a small section of our backyard fence came down in the wind. Just a few miles away, Lisa’s parents have no power and must replace their roof. Also, a giant tree in their yard was uprooted and is now leaning on their neighbor’s house. Power is out all over town, and I’ve got dozens of remote networks that I’m responsible for down, presumably due to power outages. I hope everyone is ok…

I’m going to go clean up around the house, repair the fence and do my workout. My most sincere wishes for a speedy recovery go out to all those people who were affected by Charlie.
