Yesterday’s menu was completely blown out of the water. I had to go into the office for what I thought was going to be a quick meeting. As it turned out, I was stuck there all day. I had a couple sizes of pizza for lunch and didn’t have time to eat again until dinner. I knew that I should have packed my cooler! I just had a feeling that I was going to be stuck there all day. Around 3:30 or 4:00 PM, which is when I normally eat my afternoon meal, I felt like I was going to pass out from hunger. It’s amazing how dependent I’ve become on getting some food in my system every three hours or so. I don’t know how I used to survive eating just one or two meals per day.
My arms and chest have really exploded this first month of bulking. My cold/flexed arms are up from 14 inches to a little over 14.5 inches and a tad over 15.25 inches with a pump. My chest has gone from 39 inches to an all-time personal best of 40 inches. I expect that my progress will slow down some now that I’m back to where I was before I injured my shoulder last year.
Today is leg day, and then I’ve got another crazy day of work ahead. It’s been one hell of a week at work so far!
