Lack of sleep forces weight training schedule change.

Bah, I didn’t get any sleep last night and I have to head downtown first thing this morning for work. I’d planned to do my workout before I left for work; however, as tired as I am, my workout would be a complete waste of time. Instead of sleepwalking through my favorite training session of the week (pecs/delts/triceps), I’m simply going to simply switch my normal day off (Sunday) with today and hit the weights first thing tomorrow morning.

Well, I’d better eat, shower and get the show on the road. It’s probably going to be another very long day…
