Getting bigger; Steroids?; Shoulder.

Yesterday’s workout was very intense and very productive – by far my best workout yet. My body has been responding to all the food and hard work in the gym even better than I expected. I’m growing bigger and stronger every week, and I know I’m going to reach my bulking goals. I’ve been updating my Picture Gallery and Video Archive thread with bulking progress pictures at least once a week. Some of the photos in that thread are mirrored on my picture archives page on this site.

Of course the steroid accusations have started again, but I suppose I expected that. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: I don’t want, need or use steroids. Apart from the well known dangerous health risks, I don’t know the first thing about steroids. I don’t know how to use them. I don’t know where to get them (and I don’t care to, so don’t email me with offers). It’s this simple: I’ve never used steroids, and I never will. Period. My body is growing just fine with hard work, good food and quality supplements from All The Whey and Kent Nutrition. I’ve been honest about every facet of my fitness program and I always will be. If I were using steroids I would have no problem saying so.

My shoulder has been doing pretty well, and it seems to be handling the weight just fine. I’m extremely grateful for the physical therapy I went through. I think that played the biggest part in my shoulder rehabilitation. Of course I still need surgery to fully correct the problem, but the pain I’m feeling in it now is nothing like before and is very manageable. I hope the shoulder continues to hang tough, because I feel like I’m back on top of my game again.

Cardio today, then more work. After working all weekend I’m feeling a little burnt out. If I can, I’m going to try to take a day off later this week and decompress. Have a good Monday!
