I knew that I had a conference call at 8:30 AM this morning (which I’m still on as I type this), so I did my workout and had my shower before doing my daily update to this page. I’m presently on permahold, which I hate, but at least now I can still make my self-imposed deadline of updating the page by 9:00 AM. :smile:

Ah, gotta run now; everyone’s back on the phone. Sorry about the brief update!
