Another record workout yesterday!

As you may recall, last week’s pecs/delts/triceps workout was by far my best ever: I went up in weight and reps on every single exercise. Well, for the second week in a row I did it again! I’ve reached my original chest goal; progress update.

As of this morning I’ve reached my original goal of a 42 inch chest! I’m going to keep going for the last 2 months of my bulk and see if I can’t hit 43-44 inches. I ate a lot yesterday; Added a new recipe – Mom’s Turkey Soup!

I hope my fellow Americans had a fantastic Thanksgiving day! Thanksgiving is the one day I don’t worry about what I’m eating – and eat is what I did! Awesome bicep workout yesterday; Steroid challenge.

When it comes to bicep curls, moving up in weight has always been a real challenge for most people, myself included. Last week I did 3 sets of 8 dumbbell curls using the heaviest dumbbells I’ve ever used in my life for bicep curls. I’ve added 20 pounds so far!

I’m really packing on the weight now – this morning I weighed in at 193.6 pounds! I’ve been teetering on the edge of 12% body fat for a week now, and today’s the day I’m going to have to make it “official”. So far I’ve added 20 pounds since I started my bulk. Breakthrough workout yesterday; Measurements report.

As I reported yesterday on the forums, my pecs/delts/triceps workout was a breakthrough workout for me. I increased the amount of weight and the number of reps on every single exercise.
