As expected, I dropped 3 pounds of water right away just by cutting my calories back to around 3,000 yesterday. I expect to lose maybe another 2-3 pounds quickly, and then I should settle into a 1-2 pound loss per week pattern. It’s possible that I may need to bump my calories up to avoid losing weight too quickly. I should know by the end of this week.
I’ve got some maintenance to do on the forums this morning before my workout, so I’d better get that done. Have a great day!
