Eating more, still losing weight!

I’m constantly amazed at how adept our bodies are at adapting. Even though I’m eating 3,500+ calories per day I’m still losing weight! My body seems to have adjusted to my bulking diet (4,000 + calories per day), and my additional lean mass also requires more fuel to maintain. Bottom line: I get to eat more! I will not be cutting my calories back any further until my weight loss begins to stall.

I’m running really late this morning, so I’d better go get on the elliptical. Happy Friday!
