Cutting progress.

My cutting cycle is going very well. After the initial water loss (and a week or so to find the right cutting caloric level), I seem to have settled into a cycle of 1-2 pounds of fatloss per week. My overall size and strength have been reduced somewhat, but it’s actually less than I’d expected. There’s still a long way to go before I reach my desired body fat level of 8%, so I’m sure I’ll lose a bit more lean mass along the way. I expect my arms will be around 15.5 to 15.75 inches when I’m done cutting, and my chest will probably be around 42.25 – 42.5 inches. I’m glad I overshot my goals! Next winter I’m going to bulk again for sure, and probably the year after that, too! Eventually I’d like to have 17.5 inch arms and a 46 inch chest at 8% body fat.

I’m feeling really good this morning. Despite all the stress I’m dealing with this month from work, my body fought off that cold before it could really take hold and do any serious damage. Yet another benefit of healthy living!

I’m sick of staring at my computers. I’m going to finish typing this and get away from them for the rest of the day.
