Cardio this morning, weights tomorrow.

I only have about an hour and a half to update the page, get my workout in, shower, dress, eat and get to work. I’m going to go ahead and just do cardio this morning and get my pecs/delts/triceps workout in tomorrow when I have more time. I’ve worked over 70 hours this past week and I’m starting to feel a bit run down. Not easy work, either – a lot of stress and brain-drain. Hopefully next week will be the last week of this kind of work schedule.
