The main section of the forums (“Main Fitness Forums”) have always been open to all users, even unregistered users (visitors). The lower forums (“Other Forums”), have always required a free account to view the posts. As of this morning, I’ve decided to open the entire forum up to all users, even those who are not members. Of course you’ll still need to be a registered user to post, but the entire forum is now available for reading by all. That said, becoming a member is fast, free and easy and I hope after viewing the forums most visitors will decide to become members! I can’t promise that I’ll keep the forums like this forever, so it’s best to create an account if you like what you see. Enjoy!

I stepped on the scale this morning and was surprised to find that I weigh 4 pounds less than I did yesterday morning. I knew I was still holding some water from Friday night’s pizza, so yesterday I drank about 2 gallons of water to help flush my system out. It seems to have worked very well! The last time my weight was this low was back on November 25, and I was at a higher body fat percentage then.
