Excellent workout yesterday!

Yesterday I had one of my best back/bicep workouts in a long time. I improved the number of reps I did on every exercise. Last night my biceps and forearms kept cramping up any time I tried to use those muscles. This morning my arms and back are pretty sore!

I’m running a little late this morning. I’d better go do my cardio and hit my abs. Have a great day!
