Final month of cutting?
My aches and pains are slowly subsiding, but my forearms are still very, very sore. I’m going to skip today’s back/bicep/traps workout, but tomorrow I’ll resume my normal workout schedule.
My cutting cycle will probably be over by the end of the month. My waist is close to 31.5 inches, and most of the fatloss over the past few weeks seems to be coming from that area. My waist is the last place I lose fat, so it seems I’m finally closing in on my goal of 8% body fat. Right now I’m just a hair above 9% body fat.
I’ve got a lot of work to do today, so I’m going to go ahead and get an early start. See ya!
