Another good workout; Titan Journal update.

Yesterday’s leg workout was something else. I’m sore from my glutes to my ankles, but I should still be able to get my cardio done. I’m usually most sore on the second day after my workout, so tomorrow should be, um, interesting.

I updated my Titan Photo Journal with a breakdown of each exercise that I performed yesterday. My written review of the Titan won’t be ready until sometime in August, so in the meantime I’m going to try and update my Titan journal after each workout. I’ll mostly detail my likes and dislikes as I work though the Titan’s huge repertoire of exercises.
