Milos Sarcev’s style of training makes a lot of sense to me. After watching Milos’ chest workout video on the latest Bodybuilding.com Fit Show, I’ve decided to incorporate some of his training techniques into my own workouts. For my workout yesterday, I lightened the load a little and totally focused on my form, cadence and mind/muscle connection. Normally after my biceps workout I feel a lot of soreness in my forearms, but this morning the soreness is all in my biceps. I felt like I had a very good training session, and I will continue to train in this style for the foreseeable future. I’m very much looking forward to my next bulk. I’m confident that I’ll make some excellent gains with these techniques.

I’ve got meetings all day. There’s a lot to hash out, and I’m afraid things could get messy. I hope we can keep the stress level down and focus on the issues at hand. Oh well, I’m off to do cardio and abs. Have a great day!
