Yesterday’s leg workout; Titan “Easter Eggs”.

Yesterday’s lower body workout was excellent! I’m sore this morning, but nothing like last time (I was sore for 10 days after my last leg workout. Of course that was because I had not done a leg workout in many months.) I think I bruised a rib doing vertical leg presses. I had a lot of weight on there and came back a little too far on a few reps. The lower left side of my ribs are tender this morning, but it’s not bad at all. I’ll just have to be more careful next time.

Brian with Fitcore suggested that I try calf raises using the Titan’s vertical leg press instead of traditional seated or standing calf raises. I did so yesterday and it was quite an experience – the burn was incredible! There are all kinds of undocumented exercises you can do on the Titan. I told Brian they should have a contest to see who can come up with the most innovative and useful undocumented exercise.
