Yesterday’s workout; Today’s plans.
I felt pretty good after my cardio yesterday, so Lisa and I went outside and worked in the yard until about 11:30 AM. The gardens were more than ready for their fall weeding & trimming, and that’s what we did. We got the front yard done, but the back yard is going to have to wait until next weekend. After the yard work, I made steak on the grill and watched a couple of movies before my delt/tricep/bicep workout.
My weight training workout was very good. I started off feeling a little shaky (I was probably still tired from the network outage ordeal), but by the time I finished my delts I was in the groove and feeling strong. I promised myself that after my workout I would go outside and Miracle-Gro the gardens, but I couldn’t lift my arms. Sorry, plants!
I’ve got some projects around the house that I didn’t get around to doing yesterday. I’ve got some work to catch up on this morning, but I’m going to try and take this afternoon off and knock those projects out.
