Woke up late again; Good back workout last night.

I woke up late today again for some reason. If this keeps up I’m going to have to start setting my alarm clock. I’m not sure why I’ve been waking up late this week: normally I wake up on my own at 6:00 or 6:30 without fail. Even the dogs have been sleeping in. It has been rainy and overcast this week, so maybe that has something to do with it. Rainy weather makes me sleepy.

I had a great back workout last night. I was going to take some pictures, but by the time I finished my deads and shrugs, all I could think about was getting a protein shake in me and resting! I’ve been keeping the rest intervals very short lately. It’s quite a switch from MAX-OT, but I really like the intensity and pace of my current workouts. I think I sweat more during my weight training workouts than I do during my cardio workouts!

Speaking of cardio, I’ve got to get going. I should have been on the bike half an hour ago! See ya tomorrow.
