Bulking plans.

I talked to SwoleCat last night about my upcoming bulk, and have received my customized SUP2 bulking program. I’m going to start planning my workouts and meals right away (actually, the workouts are already spelled out in detail). At the end of this month I’m going to complete my cut, and on November 1, 2005 my bulk will begin. I don’t want any time off or waiting after my cut – I’m on a roll and I want to keep the momentum going. I plan to bulk for at least three months, perhaps even four months. The weight training splits and routines are very different than anything I’ve done before. The diet portion of the program looks awesome – I love to eat, and I will most certainly be eating! I won’t be drinking my usual weekly glass of wine during my bulk; I found out last year that zero alcohol consumption makes a big difference in my progress. I may make one exception and have a glass of wine on Thanksgiving, but that’s it. Needless to say I’m very excited to get started and see how I respond to this unique, customized training program!
