As I mentioned last week, I’m taking a week off from weight training because it’s been a long time since I’ve done so. I’m starting to feel a little (a lot) antsy to get back to it. It felt strange not doing anything at my normal training times this past weekend. Thankfully this Wednesday I can get back at it. In fact, I only have one more weight training workout for each body part left before I start bulking because my bulk starts a week from Tomorrow! I still haven’t finished planning all my meals, so I’ll need to finish that up this week.
My bulking supplement intake will be pretty simple: I’ll be taking a multi-vitamin, Kent Nutrition’s MSM/Glucosamine/Chrondroitin, dextrose and ALA, AtLarge’s ETS, BSN’s Xplode and Cellmass, and All The Whey’s hydrolyzed whey protein and whey protein isolate.
With all the storms in Florida today there’s bound to be some power/network outages. That should make for a busy work day for me. I’m going to go get my cardio in early and get ready. See ya!
