Today I resume weight training! It feels like I’ve taken a month off, not just a week. I can’t wait to lift tonight – it’s all I’ve been thinking about since the weekend. Even though my bulk doesn’t start until next Tuesday, I’m going to be switching the weight training portion of my program to SUP2 this week. I want to get a feel for the weight training portion of the program before I officially begin. The SUP2 weight training program is different than anything I’ve done before. I can’t go into specifics, but I can tell you that volume is rather low compared to what I’m accustomed to doing. I’m scratching my head a little, but I’m going to put my faith in the program and follow it to the letter. We’ll all see how well I grow over the next 3 or 4 months. I’ll tell you one thing: my motivation has never been higher (which is a little scary, I know!) I’m totally amped up and ready to do this.

I’m mostly done with my meal plans. I’ve got a little tweaking to do here and there, but 90% of my meals are planned out. What the weight training portion of SUP2 lacks in volume is compensated by the nutritional side of the program: I’m going to be eating like a horse!
