Yesterday’s leg workout; ATW has new products!

It’s been a little over 12 hours since my leg workout, and I’ve already got that familiar “pre-DOMS” feeling that I love so much. By this time tomorrow I should be really sore. I’ve updated my journal with yesterday’s workout log.

All The Whey has a couple of new products that I think you’ll really enjoy! I don’t know how they did it, but somehow they’ve manage to make their hydrolyzed whey protein isolate taste AMAZING. That’s right, I said HYDROLYZED WHEY and AMAZING TASTE in the same sentence! As many of you know, I use hydrolyzed whey exclusively for my post-workout shake, and have had excellent results with it (I started using it on my last bulk and have never stopped using it). I think it’s fair to say that most people find the taste of the unflavored hydrolyzed whey to be downright nasty. Personally I’ve grown to enjoy the unflavored hydrolyzed when it’s mixed with dextrose, but that’s definitely an acquired taste. Up until now ATW’s hydrolyzed whey product was only available in “unflavored”, but now they’ve introduced Chocolate and Vanilla Hydrolyzed whey and the taste is outstanding. There’s not even a hint of the signature unflavored hydrolyzed taste – just great flavor and all the benefits of hydrolyzed whey. I’ve tried these products personally, and I honestly believe ATW’s chocolate hydrolyzed whey tastes even better than their chocolate isolate. If you recognize the benefits of incorporating hydrolyzed whey into your post-workout recovery shake but have always been put off by the taste, these new products are for you! If you try them, please post a review in the ATW Official Review thread.

I’d better go eat, lots to do today and tonight is delts and traps! I’m really glad that I decided to go with a five-day split for my bulk. My delts need a lot of work and deserve their own day of torture.
