Picture page feedback; Yesterday’s chest & abs workout; Calm before the storm.

Thanks for all the positive feedback on the redesign of the Pictures section of the site. The thumbnails make browsing the “other pictures” archive much easier and more enjoyable. I knew an upgrade to that section of the site was long overdue, but I never seemed to have the time to get to it. I decided to work on it a little bit at a time whenever I could. Before I knew it, the project was completed. Adding new pictures is so fast and easy now that I may go back and add some older pictures that I never bothered to put up before.
Last night was chest and abs. I had a little pain in my left shoulder, which is my “good” shoulder (although I don’t really have a “good” shoulder, so I guess I should call it my “less bad” shoulder). Anyway, the pain was not too bad and it actually went away during the workout. This morning both shoulders feel good. I’ve got a little pre-DOMS tightness in my chest and it’s only been a little over 12 hours since my workout. Yesterday’s workout log along with some new pictures can be found here.
No lifting today, just cardio. I think of Thursday as the calm before the storm: the onslaught begins tomorrow with legs, continues on Saturday with delts and traps and the finale is Sunday with an intense bicep/tricep superset workout. By Monday I’ll feel like I was hit by a jet airplane, but in a good way. ![]()
