Last night’s back workout; AtLarge Nutrition sale/T-Shirts.

New measurements; 1 year arm comparison photos.

I took this week’s measurements this morning and am very pleased with the results: with 5 weeks left in my bulk, I’m now at the same weight as I was end of my last bulk – only this time I’m at 11% body fat compared to 14% body fat. Delts workout; “Christmas with the Kranks”; Merry Christmas.

I had a great delts/traps workout last night! I went up in weight and/or reps on every exercise, and didn’t feel any shoulder pain at all. Lisa was still baking while I was lifting, so I had to lift to Christmas music. It didn’t seem to affect my workout. I’ve got a lot to accomplish today – it’s going to be a real challenge to get it all done! I’m going to cut this update short, eat and get started. Last night’s workout; Up to 208 pounds!

Because I had to attend a company Christmas dinner on Wednesday night, I made up my chest workout last night (which is normally a night off). It was an excellent workout, and I made good use of my new dumbbells: I went up in weight on every single exercise (DB bench press, DB incline press, DB decline press and cable cross-overs), and even managed more reps than last week on a couple of those exercises…. The Melting Pot rant – fondue sucks.

Last night our big company dinner was held at The Melting Pot, which is a fondue restaurant. I guess some people are “fondue people” (Lisa loved it) and some are not. I’m definitely in the latter camp. I really don’t understand the attraction to fondue restaurants. Last night’s back & traps workout was amazing! I’m already a little sore this morning, but by tonight I should be feeling the full effects.
