Yesterday’s back workout postponed.

Yesterday was back day, but I did the smart thing and decided to postpone the workout until Thursday (which is normally a day off). I really wanted to work out, but I made the choice not to for a couple of reasons: my biceps are still unbelievably sore from Sunday’s workout, and my back, although much improved, is still on the mend. A couple more days of rest can only help. I am going to do my chest workout tonight, and tomorrow night I should be able to perform my usual back workout, minus, of course, deads. I’m hopeful that I will be able to resume deads and squats within the next month.

I’m running late this morning, so I’d better get some food in me. Have a great day!
