First back workout since the injury.

Last night’s back work out went about as I expected it would: I had no trouble with wide-grip pull-ups, seated cable rows were a little more stressful (but doable), and T-bar rows were out of the question (along with deads). Despite the abbreviated workout, my lats and middle back had a nice burn going. I’m pleased that I was able to get some back work done without further complications to my already stressed pulled muscle.

I’m running late and need to eat and shower; there’s a very good chance that I’ll be going downtown in a couple hours. Have a great Friday!
