Excellent arm workout last night.

Last night’s workout was the second-to-last arm workout remaining in my bulk. I decided to make it extra-intense, and I shortened my rest intervals to 30 seconds between each superset. I completed the entire workout (not including warm-ups) in just over 30 minutes. My skin was so tight that my arms and forearms felt like over-filled water balloons. Last night when I went to sleep I turned my pillow over and my forearm cramped up; hooray for hammer curls!

I’ve got to get moving. I’ve been goofing around all morning and putting off all the work I need to accomplish today. Have a good day!
