Biceps/triceps soreness; New sponsor announcement coming soon!
The modified training style I’ve been using since I pulled a muscle in my back seems to be shocking my muscles. I do my biceps/triceps superset workout on Sunday, and generally by Tuesday the soreness in my biceps is almost gone and my tricep soreness is greatly diminished. The past two weeks have been different: Tuesday seems to be the apex of my soreness in those areas. My biceps and forearms are on fire this morning, and my triceps are equally as sore. I don’t want to over-train my biceps and potentially reduce any gains, so I’m going to do the same thing I did last week and move my back workout to Thursday (normally a day off).
