Bulk is over.
This is the final day of my bulk, so this morning I decided to look back at my bulking workout logs from the past three months. As I looked through the logs, it was amazing how I was able to recount each workout like it happened yesterday just by looking at the exercises, the reps, the weights and the occasional note. Every workout seemed as unique as a fingerprint, and I was surprised at how clearly I was able to recall each one this morning while I rifled through the logs.
So now that I’m done bulking, I’ve got about 20-25 pounds of water and fat to lose. I’ll be back tomorrow with my end of bulk pictures, stats and cutting goals. See you then!
